  • Purpose of Use: The website is meant solely for personal use — for searching, comparing, and shortlisting colleges.

  • Prohibited Use: Students must not share or misuse any contact details of colleges displayed on the website, nor use the platform for spam or fake submissions.

B. For Colleges

  • Accuracy of Data: Each college is solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of the data they upload (e.g., fees, staff info, images, and facilities).

  • Ownership of Content: By uploading content, colleges grant Colnex.in permission to display it publicly for student viewing.

  • Subscription Policy: Colleges must pay the applicable subscription fee (monthly/yearly) to keep their profile active. Non-payment may result in profile suspension or removal without prior notice.

3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

  • Data Accuracy: Colnex.in does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data provided by colleges.

  • Independent Verification: Students are strongly advised to verify all information directly with the respective colleges before taking admission or making payments.

  • Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website at all times. Temporary downtime may occur for updates or technical reasons.

4. CONTENT & CONDUCT RULES

  • Prohibited Content: Users may not upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing material.

  • No Spam or Data Scraping: Users cannot collect or use website data for unsolicited communication or commercial gain.

  • Violation: Any violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS (For Colleges)

  • Subscription Fees: Fees are clearly displayed during the purchase process and are non-refundable once paid.

  • Promotional Services: Paid “Top Listing” or “Featured College” options are purely promotional and do not guarantee higher admissions or visibility.

  • Renewal: Colleges are responsible for renewing their subscriptions before expiry to maintain their listings.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, logos, images, code, and design elements on Colnex.in are the exclusive property of Colnex Web Services.
No one may copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Belagavi, Karnataka.
